The process of ordering quartz countertops is relatively simple. It starts with selecting the brand and color desired. Photos online may vary from the actual product. It is highly recommended that all customers visit the OGM showroom to view actual samples of the color they desire. Once a color is selected, edges, sinks, and other necessary information is needed in order to start the quoting process.
Customers should bring in a simple drawing with measurements of their countertops. A simple layout with measurements or a cabinet layout helps determine how much material is needed for the job. OGM does not offer in-home estimates. Once a quote has been made with a sales rep in one of our location and all selections have been finalized, a measurement will be scheduled to determine final dimensions. The material will be ordered and fabrication will proceed. Installations will be scheduled after the final measurement has been completed.
